This page explains what information we collect on redmors.com, what we use it for, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form or an ad lead form, we collect your name, business, phone number, email, city/service area, the type of service you're interested in, and the message you write. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, without identifying you personally.

What we use it for

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on the project you tell us about. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS & WhatsApp messages

We only text or WhatsApp you if you checked the consent box on the form. Message frequency varies. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. See the full details in our Terms & Conditions.

Where it's stored

Form data is stored securely in our database (Supabase), and only the Redmors team has access to it.

If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what categories of data we collect (identifiers like name, phone, and email; commercial data like the service you inquire about), to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of it being "shared" for targeted advertising. We do not sell your information. We use Google Analytics (GA4), which can count as "sharing" under CPRA if it's linked to Google Ads campaigns — to exercise any of these rights, email admin@redmors.com and we'll verify your identity using the email or phone number you gave us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete your information or tell you what data we have on file for you, by emailing admin@redmors.com.
